Did you anticipate to be living in a resort of mini-motels with violations of Quiet Time, Overflow Parking, Septic Waste, and Over Occupancy, etc.?
It appears that our Bayshore Beach Club property rights are being violated by the Short Term Renter's use of the pool, club and common areas as we pay the same dues with little rights.

Protecting Our Property Rights! In a Residential Zone
The spreadsheet to the right shows Short Term Rental Business Owners that are Division Directors, Committees & New Committees since May 15. Spending the Dues for high traffic area for their paying tenants, not on the community playground, not removing sand from the swing set, look at the basketball court, volleyball net, and grounds are neglected.
Bayshore Beach Club is Residentially Zoned with some commercial lots located by Alsea Resort.
B.A.N.G. is interested in the enforcement of the rules currently on the books for Short Term Rentals (STR).

Appears the Illegal Short Term Rental homes are getting away from paying Lincoln County Tax.
